The game was full of hurt that seesawed between the two teams. The Chefs handled the ball like masters while the CULT couldn't hold on to the ball unless you nailed it to them... which they tried and failed at. All in all some good fun. ... [more]

The play was tight and the first half was at 1 all. Something must have been in the beer at halftime and the fans went wild so officials had to let the clock run while the riot dragged on. Second half, CULT drags out their drive for a late TD leaving All Greens scrambling and the clock ran out on them.

There was a brief moment when the the Chefs looked like they were going to score a touchdown, but the CULT dashed those hopes. A well played match on bothsides with only a little more Bonehead action than expected.

1st half: The Chefs put up a decent defence pressuring the Village into making their pass play in less than ideal circumstances. The Village players decided to play nice with each other and thus succeeded in scoring. With little time in the half the Ogres just hit things while the snotlings demonstrated a lack of ball handling skill.

2nd half: The Chefs take the kick off but ball handling woes continue. Eventually after some scrambling an Ogre gets the ball and begins a drive up the field but he trips and falls dropping the ball. The Village players make a last minute effort to throw the ball down-field for another TD. Pass fails but no. 24 is deep enough to pick up the ball and score on turn 16.
The Swedish Chefs did their thing though, ruining the career of no. 8 and removing the minotaur no. 2 from the pitch to end his smashing ways. Holger the Ogre stands out amongst his friends as meanest on the pitch; likely the one to watch in the near future. A mindless snotling stole the MVP from the hard working Ogres.
